First Kids Kindergarten
First Kids Kindergarten provides kindergarten-aged children with a Christ-centered foundation for education and solid academic preparation for their elementary years. First Kids Kindergarten helps children develop a love for learning that will allow them to grow and develop as Jesus did... “in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man.” Luke 2:52 NIV

First Kids Kindergarten is structured to prepare your kindergartner for first grade through a program of phonics, writing, math, science and social studies that will bring both challenge and delight. State-certified teachers use a curriculum that mixes Christian and secular publications, as well as thematic units, to bring learning to life for our students.

Using guidelines from the state of Missouri and standards set by local public and private schools, First Kids Kindergarten has developed a curriculum that equips your child to enter his elementary years with the skills and confidence he needs to succeed in either the public or private school environment.

Phonics-Based Instruction
First Kids uses the well-known and respected Abeka phonics program to give our students a strong foundation for reading and a solid understanding of the building blocks of our language.

Christ-centered Learning
Our Kindergarteners at First Kids have daily Bible lessons that integrate God’s word into their hearts and lives. The lessons are designed to make biblical principles an everyday part of their lives and to point them toward a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Shorter School Day
First Kids Kindergarten provides an excellent beginning for your child’s school years within a shorter-day time frame.  This shorter school day helps kindergarteners become acclimated to everyday school routines while giving them the time that they need outside of a structured classroom setting. The hours of First Kids Kindergarten are Monday-Friday, 9:30 a.m.-1:45 p.m. This shorter school day helps kindergarteners become acclimated to everyday school routines while giving them the time that they need outside of a structured classroom setting.
