Discovery offers a Christian-based enrichment program for homeschooled children grades K-6th with a qualified Christian faculty. Students will be creatively challenged with hands-on activities. The Academy meets on Tuesdays from 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Each Tuesday, students will enjoy the following classes:

Kindergarten (Child must be 5 by September 1)
Language Arts (phonics games and story hour), Math games, Social Studies, Science experiements, Art, Music and PE. Kindergarteners will also participate in Show and Tell, recess, rest and snacks.

Grades 1 & 2
Music, Art, PE, Spanish, Science, Social Studies. These students will also enjoy Show and Tell and snacks.

Grades 3-6
Music, Art, PE, Spanish, Science, Computers. 3rd-6th grade students will benefit from our new Dell computer lab and Ken-A-Vision T-1201 microscopes.

Grades 7 & 8

Discovery Homeschool also offers Back-To-School Night, school pictures, Scholastic Book Fair, music performances, Art Show & Science Fair, Physical Education Field Day, Grandparents Day, holiday class parties, parent support meetings, fieldtrips, monthly newsletter, Kindergarten graduation, and yearbook.
