Where Physical and Spiritual Wellness Coincide
The ROC's recreation programs exist to engage FBR members in intentional Christian outreach through sports and recreation activities. Structured with the levels of intentionality in mind, ROC Recreation has a variety of fun and exciting programs for people of all ages!
Furthermore, the ROC's equipment and programming is unprecedented among church-based wellness programs anywhere in the country. Come and experience it for yourself!
Fitness Programs for Adults
ROC Recreation boasts Technogym workout equipment, which is the same equipment the Olympic athletes used in Athens in 2004. Have a personal trainer assess your level of wellness and create a plan that works for your goals. Participate in ongoing volleyball or basketball leagues or open play. Join in an aerobics class. Meet new people and feel great about yourself in the process!

Programs for Children
Our recreation programs for children include basketball, flag football, volleyball, soccer and cheerleading. ROC Recreation uses the Upward Unlimited program. Upward is a nationally acclaimed program that incorporates sportsmanship, teamwork and spiritual applications through sports.

Volunteer with ROC Recreation!
Join the ROC Recreation Ministry Team! The Recreation Ministry is looking for a few good volunteers to serve as front desk receptionists, coaches and referees, prayer partners, and more!
