Get Your Game on Each Summer With Sports Camps!

ROC Recreation is the place for children and youth during the summer! A variety of camps are offered that provide quality sports training in a Christian environment. Some of these camps are coordinated through First Baptist Raytown, while others are coordinated through Sports Crusaders, a leading provider for youth sports training. Participants in these camps will receive:
- A quality week of sports training
- Leadership by Christian athletes
- A Sports Crusaders or ROC Recreation t-shirt
- A sports New Testament, Christian book, topical Bible or Devotional
- A certificate of participation
SOCCER:
K-6th Grades 5:00-8:00pm
This Sports Crusaders Camp will usually be in June for Kindergarten -6th grades from 5:00-8:00pm on the Soccer field. The cost will be $45 (add $10 if registered after June 13th) click here to register.
7th-12th Grades 5:00-8:00pm
This Jeremy Tye Benefit Camp led by Coach Will is usually scheduled for May for 7th -12th graders from 5:00-8:00pm on the Soccer field. The cost will be $45 (add $10 if registered after May 19th) click here to register.
VOLLEYBALL:
3rd -5th Grades 9:00am-noon and 6th-8th Grades 1:00-4:00pm
This Sports Crusaders Camp will usually be in July for 3rd -5th grades from 9:00am-noon and 6th -8th grades from 1:00-4:00pm in the Gym. The cost will be $45 (add $10 if registered after June 30th) click here to register.
FITNESS:
PraiseMoves Kids
on Mondays K-6th 9:30-10:30am
This PraiseMoves class just for kids K-6th Grades will meet weekly in June for one hour in the GroupX room. The cost will be $15 (add $10 if registered after deadline) click here to register.
FOOTBALL:
K-8th 5:00-8:00pm
This football camp will be led by Coach Gorge and Coach Todd it will be for K-8th graders from 5:00-8:00pm on the Football field usually in July. The cost will be $35 (add $10 if registered after July 7) click here to register.
BASKETBALL:
K-2nd Grades 9:00am-noon and 3rd - 6thGrades 1:00-4:00pm
This Sports Crusaders Camp will usually be in July for K-2nd grades from 9:00am-noon and 3rd-6th grades from 1:00-4:00pm in the Gym. The cost will be $45 (add $10 if registered after July 14th) click here to register.
7 th-12 th Grades 5:00-8:00pm
The Coach Lathrup JR/SR Basketball camp will be led by legendary Coach Bud Lathrop it will be for 7 th-12 th graders from 5:00-8:00pm in the Gym. The Cost will be $45 (add $10 if registered after July 14 th) click here to register.
CHEERLEADING:
K-8 th Grades 9:00am-noon
The Cheerleading Clinic will be led by Coach Monica and Coach Kristy it will be for K-8 th Grades and will usually be in July from 9:00am-2:00pm in the Gym. The Cost will be $15 (add $10 if registered after July 11 th) click here to register.
OUTDOOR RECREATION:
4 th-8 th Grades 5:00-8:00pm
During this week long camp children will learn about camp craft skills, hiking, nature, and do some rock climbing. This camp led by Coach George will be for 4 th-8 th graders usually in June from 5:00-8:00pm. The Cost will be $45 (add $10 if registered after June 2) click here to register.
