About the Children's Ministry
 The Children's Ministry at First Baptist Raytown is committed to "serve as partners with parents in laying spiritual foundations for children that will lead them into a relationship with Jesus Christ that is ever growing." The Children's Ministry strives to lead children in grades 1-6 into a personal relationship with Christ, disciple them on Christian living, and provide fun, exciting and unique opportunities for children to fellowship with one another.
Bible Study
Come join us for a fun hour of Bible study, games, stories and much more! Each Sunday morning, our age-graded 1-6 grade departments participate in a variety of activities to learn about Jesus and His Word. Call 816-778-1127 for a list of Bible Study classes.

Weekly Programs
A variety of programs are also available throughout the week. From AWANA to RAs and GAs, First Baptist Raytown provides some of the best programs available for discipling children and increasing their world-view.
Special Events and Camps
One of the most unique things about First Baptist Raytown's children's ministry is the variety and quality of events that are available for children in 1-6 grade. Throughout the year, activities are available that help children make friends in a safe and Christ-centered environment. Think week-long fun in the sun at Ozarks-based Camp Windermere. Think VBS as you've never seen before. Think Fall Fun Fest, a community outreach event that involves costumes, candy, games and more. Think big.
