Are You a New Member?
Welcome to First Baptist Raytown! We are so glad that God has called you to join us. The next step is for you to attend the new member class. The purpose of this class is to:
- Give you more information about the church and staff,
- Help you find your spiritual gifts,
- Reinforce the importance of prayer, Bible study and devotional time, and
- Help you get connected to an area of service and ministry.
You will get to know others in our church that are on this same journey. Some are just starting out, and others have been on this journey for a number of years. God has put all of us together for His purposes and has a plan for each of our lives. As we journey together and serve as one body, we begin to become a family.
Your involvement in FBR is much more than a name on a roll or a participant in worship. By joining FBR, you are identified as a believer. You will have the support and encouragement of other believers as we journey together in following Christ.
The new member class is being redesigned to better equip new members in their walk with Christ. Check back soon for details on when the next class is being offered.

 Coffee With the Pastor
